Covergirl + Olay = Great Idea

You've heard of Covergirl, right? What about Olay?

Now have you heard of them combined together in the same product? Hmmm....interesting, right?

Well, I hadn't heard about it until I received this complimentary BzzAgent Campaign box! It has the Covergirl + Olay Simply Ageless Wrinkle Defy Foundation for me to test out & review! So of course, that is exactly what I have been doing. As soon as I opened the box, I wanted to see what this was all about. The shade is Buff Beige.

Here is my quick unboxing & review video:

PROS:

• Loved the texture. It's creamy and applies so smoothly almost creating a layer over my skin.

•  Great coverage & definitely build-able (apply more as needed)

• They have different shades to choose from. (The shade I got does seem to be too light for my skin tone). 

• It has a light feel, so I don't feel it looks "cakey".
• Pretty packaging.

CONS:
• Sponge has a strange scent, but thankfully it doesn't get on my skin & I can always use another applicator.

• I get the white (kind of ghostly) hue when I take a picture using the flash, but as you can see from the picture below, it looks great without the flash.

GLAMOUR: Popularizer 100

Have you heard of Glamour magazine? It is described as a magazine "for the woman who sets the direction of her own life and lives it to its fullest and chicest"...YEP! That sounds exactly like me, right?! I'm definitely thankful for the life I've been blessed with.

Well, here's the scoop! A while back I joined their "Glamspotters" panel which is a free program that anyone can join where you get to take a few surveys and answer poll questions. Some people are even chosen to test and review products. I had never actually received anything to test out, but a few months ago, I received an email letting me know that I was chosen to be part of their new "Popularizer 100" community. I was so thrilled to be chosen, but wasn't really sure what to expect. 

I had honestly forgotten about it until yesterday when I opened up my front door and found this HUGE box with my name on it and it was from GLAMOUR! The rest is history, I was so excited I immediately took out my camera & started filming. Here's the video which I'm sharing with you! Wanna see what was inside the box?
