Starting with the Revlon PhotoReady Candid Glow Foundation in the Shade 240 Natural Beige which applies so smoothly and looks beautiful on my skin. They also sent me the Revlon Prime Plus which is a lovely primer that leaves a beautiful golden glow on my skin! Finally, the Revlon Skin Lights Bronzer called Sunlit Glow! Happy Valentine's Day! || Gift Idea

It's Valentine's Day and love is in the air... ♥ ♥ ♥

Well, I don't know about that, but I do know that my Target Beauty Box arrived right on time & I felt like I was giving myself the perfect Valentine's Day gift! These little boxes come filled with some sample size & full size products so you can try them and decide if you like them before you buy the full size! Isn't that awesome? 

The Target box is only $7, but they do go pretty quickly so when I hear it's available (TIP: I follow FreebieShark to get a notification when the next box is available so I don't miss it), I immediately go to the Target website to see what products will be available in the box. That's another thing that's great about it. If you don't like what you see, you don't have to buy it! INFLUENSTER: L'Oreal Paris Revitalift VoxBox

I've been super excited from the moment I received the email letting me know that I had been selected to try the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift products from Influenster. And now that I've had the chance to start trying them out, I'm so glad I was chosen because they are pretty amazing. The "secret" ingredient they all contain is hyaluronic acid which is a substance normally produced by the body & it is what gives skin its volume and fullness. Since my skin is a little more "mature" than it used to be, I need all the help I can get adding volume & fullness!

This is what I received in my VoxBox:

• Eye Treatment: Reduce under-eye hollows and sunken shadows.

• Concentrated Serum: Intensive face serum to replenish skin's fullness.

• Day Cream: Replenish skin's fullness, smooth lines & fine wrinkles.

• Night Cream: Recover skin's fullness while sleeping, smooth fine lines & wrinkles.

You can probably tell by watching my unboxing video just how impressed I was with this entire line. The first night I tested them out, I applied the serums first to "treat" my under-eye and my entire face. I love that the eye serum also has caffeine to help reduce the puffiness. The applicators were easy to use and very unique. My skin soaked up the serums & I proceeded to apply the night cream. It had a great texture, soft & smooth, yet creamy. But when I actually laid down to sleep is when I started to notice just how moisturized my skin felt. I was very impressed by the feeling it gave my skin.  

The next morning my skin still felt soft, like velvet...or silk. It was time to try out the day cream. I followed the same routine & applied the serums first, then spent the entire day with a moisturized and smooth face! It was not greasy or oily. It felt amazing.

I've been using them all every day & feel like I'm pampering my skin every time it's time to apply them! I can't wait to see long-term benefits!

REVIEW: Not Your Mother's "Whip It Up" Mousse

I had the opportunity to try out another awesome product which was sent to me complimentary from Influenster in my #SpiceVoxBox & I'm so excited to share my opinion with you guys! It's the Not Your Mother's Whip It Up Cream Styling Mousse!

The first thing I want to say about this product is that it is not edible! It smells soooo good, you will probably feel a strong desire to eat it, but it's only for your hair! The texture is like foamy & creamy frosting. It smells exactly like a delicious vanilla cupcake. One of the things that surprised me the most is the fact that it isn't "sticky". When you apply it to your hair, it dissolves quickly and doesn't leave your hair or hands feeling yucky. It tames my frizzy hair & I was able to style it beautifully! Lastly, I'd like to mention that it didn't leave my hair feeling stiff & I didn't have any white residue either!

Overall, this is a great styling mousse & I'm so glad I had the chance to try it out.

It's time for another Unboxing of my Walmart Beauty Box! My Fall Beauty Box arrived and I'm still wishing for nail polish, but for just $5, this subscription box is a steal! The box is advertised as "free", but you do have to pay $5 for shipping so technically...it isn't free! Since it is a Seasonal Box and you only get 4 per year, I stick with it because I have received some really nice items, but this time...well, see for yourself and let me know if you liked what I got!

Review + Demo: Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs

Leg makeup? Is that a real thing? Yep, you read that correctly, it's a real thing and it's pretty awesome! Today I'll share my experience with Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs Spray-On in the shade Medium Glow. I am so excited because it actually works! It looks natural and makes my skin look smooth and even! 

Watch as I instantly get a tan, which by the way, isn't permanent, so I can just wash it off at the end of the day. And you won't have that funny "tan" smell either! In case you were wondering, no need to worry, it doesn't transfer over to your clothes or furniture! Once it dries, it stays put. I do recommend when you're going to wash it off, to use a washcloth that you can just throw in the washing machine later. I also recommend that you apply it until you have the coverage you're happy with. When I applied it, I wanted the minimum so I didn't continue adding more product. I will of course add more depending on what look I'm going for.

This is definitely one of those products that is great for everyone...young or "mature". I'm making this part of my regulars because I want beautiful smooth looking legs all the time! Perfect for special events, photo-shoot fun, or just when you want to feel good!

REVIEW: Maybelline SuperStay #BetterSkinChallenge Foundation

I completed the Maybelline 3 week #BetterSkinChallenge & wanted to share my results with you as promised in a previous blog post! I've been sharing small updates throughout the process on my Instagram, but now that I've reached the end of the 3 weeks, I can give you guys a more detailed review.

Bottom Line: I love the Maybelline SuperStay Foundation!
Here's a list of things I love about it:

• Matte Finish
• SPF 15
• Oil Free
• Has Actyl-C (a more durable form of Vitamin C)
• Long Lasting (stays on all day)
• Pump Dispenser
• Blends easily into my skin
• Build-able coverage
• Lightly scented
• Great formula & consistency

There were only 2 things I didn't like so much, but they both have easy solutions.

1) The complimentary shade I received "Nude Beige" has a bit of an "orangey" hue for my taste, but I easily fixed that by using a bronzer to achieve a more "brownish" tone. Since they have 12 shades available to choose from, I'm sure I'll find one that matches my skin even better!

2) I also noticed that when I took pictures using flash, my face looked "white-ish", but that also had an easy fix...I didn't use the flash when taking most of the pictures. 

And as far as having "Better Skin", I definitely felt my skin looked great & wasn't irritated after I removed the foundation each night. Also, didn't feel like it was "drowning" under the layers of foundation when I applied it. To summarize, this is going to be a foundation I definitely recommend if you like having a "matte" look which is my favorite!
